When you book an appointment online we will ask for a booking deposit. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service & is fully refundable should you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. 

Your appointments are very important to the team at JDH. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and whilst we understand that sometimes changes are necessary, we respectfully ask that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all guests. If we don’t receive 24 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment , then we may miss the opportunity to fill the space & our guests on our waiting list miss the chance to come & see us. If we do not receive 24 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment then unfortunately, your deposit becomes non-refundable. 

We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute & can assure you that we will be sympathetic.

If you have not had a colour with us in the past 6 months, you will need a colour allergy test at least 48 hours before your appointment.

When booking at James Dun’s House – Please note that all colour appointments must be booked in with a Cut & Finish or Blowdry, you cannot book in for just a colour appointment only.

Please note that all colour prices are a guideline only, the total price will depend on your in-salon consultation.
